Working at Cajun Fitness: Employee Reviews
They expect you to do SO much for a minimum wage job. Not to mention every month they add something new to your list of responsibilities. You have to man the front desk, clean the entire gym, answer the phone, make protein shakes, count how many people are in the group classes, sometimes record/take pictures for facebook, make instagram posts on the gyms page, sale memberships, all while being sure no customer is left waiting at the front desk. And by clean I mean hands and knees and scrub the baseboards. Nothing is ever good enough. And by sell a membership I mean coerce and harass people until they say yes to $50 a month. And if they don’t join then it’s your fault. 0/10!!!!!!!!
