MDC Diesel S300 63mm Cummins drop in replacement turbo for the 94 to 02 5.9l Cummins. This S363/68 Cummins Direct Bolt in Turbo Is equipped with a large shaft and heavy duty bearings for superior durability and performance.
This turbo is rated for 575 horsepower, is a great all around turbo and tows excellent on 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 12V AND 24V 5.9l Cummins Turbo diesels.
Compressor: 63 mm with Extended Tip Technology.
Turbine: 68 mm exducer. Cast in Inconel 713 for high-temperature resistance.
Twin Scroll Divided T3 Gated Housing 12CM .70 A/R or14cm .80 A/R.
Waste Gate set to 40psi and is user adjustable.
This Cummins Direct Bolt in Turbo Is great for a small upgrade to the stock HX35 or HY35 turbo that comes factory on the 94-02 5.9l Cummins.

The DAP Screaming Eagle SXE 63/68/14 T3 Gated is a major step towards a performance turbo for the 5.9L Cummins while maintaining great street manners.The 68mm turbine wheel will spool relatively fast and offer great all around performance for a daily driver and hot street application. While towing will still be possible, your tire size, gearing and tuning will play a major role along with choosing the correct exhaust housing for your application. Built with the latest genuine Borg Warner SXE technology it comes standard with a Forged Mill Wheel (FMW) and 360-thrust bearing. Turbo is modified for fitment into the 1991.5-2002 Dodge applications by DAP with a machined v-band compressor outlet and your choice of turbine housing cut to an HX40 4″ down pipe flange.
This turbo will support 575-625HP depending on elevation, turbine choice and engine modifications. The 63.5mm compressor wheel flows approximately 78 lbs/minute, which is substantially higher than the 52lbs/min from a factory HX35W.
